La Bergerie des Molières: Tourage butter, faisselle, ewe's milk yoghurt and matured cheeses.
La Ferme de l'Abbé Rozier: seasonal fruit and vegetables in the form of compote, fresh fruit and vegetables, dried fruit and daily juice.
The Cour des Loges breakfast also includes home-made classics such as madeleines, praline brioche, spreads and jams, honey from our beehives and organic eggs, prepared according to a new recipe every day, a daily fruit and vegetable juice, pancakes made with small spelt and stoneground flour.
